Hello jhkokst,
Thank you for joining the Intel® Community. I am sorry to hear you are having issues with this matter.
Could you please let us know what Intel® HD Graphics driver versions you have tested?
When did the issue start?
What its your Windows® 10 build version?

Re: Intel iGpu + Windows 10 CU + Magnifier issue
Hello DD123,
Thank you very much for your patience. We perform a test in our laboratories, trying the replicated the issue. However, the issue was not replicated. We tried in a system with the same graphics controller as yours, and also with the latest driver version.
The Magnifier was activated and set with inverted colors, and it worked with no issues with every possible application. You can find a screenshot below where you can see it working as expected with Chrome™, Firefox®, WordPad*, and Windows® Media Player (playing an animation over a whiteboard).
Since the issue was not replicated, we believe that it is not related to the graphics driver. However, we used a more recent version of Windows® 10 in our tests. We recommend you to update to Windows® 10 Fall Creators Update. You can find instructions on how to update Windows® in the next link: https://blogs.windows.com/windowsexperience/2017/10/17/get-windows-10-fall-creators-update/
Please be aware that the content on that site is not controlled by Intel®. This information is offered for your convenience and should not be viewed as an endorsement by Intel® for the merchants or services offered there.
After updating Windows®, if you think that it might help you with the issue, you can try uninstalling and deleting the current driver, and installing the driver one more time. Please follow the steps below to uninstall the graphics driver:
- On the keyboard, press WinLogo key + R, then type in devmgmt.msc
- Expand the Display Adapters section.
- Find the Intel Graphics Driver. The driver can also be called the Intel® Graphics Media Accelerator Driver (Intel® GMA Driver).
- Right-click the Intel Graphics Driver and select Uninstall.
- Select the check box Delete the driver software for this device.
- Reboot the computer after uninstall process has finished.
- Download the graphics driver ZIP file: https://downloadmirror.intel.com/27199/eng/win64_154702.4815.zip
- Unzip the file to a designated location or folder.
- Right-click Windows Start icon and open Device Manager.
- Click Yes when prompted for permission from User Account Control.
- Expand the Display adapters section.
- Right-click the Intel® graphics entry and select Update Driver Software.
- Click "Browse my computer for driver software".
- Click "Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer".
- Click "Have Disk".
- Click "Browse".
- Access the designated location or folder, and access a folder called "Graphics".
- Select the file called "igdlh64" or "igdlh".
- Click Open, then click OK, and finally click Next. Drivers are now being installed.
- Reboot your computer when prompted.

Re: 15.46 breaks YCbCr on DP 1.2 to HDMI 2.0
Hello jun1us,
Thanks for the information you sent to me.
I would like you to try updating some of the computer drivers in a specific order.
Please install this driver first, and then restart the computer http://asrock.pc.cdn.bitgravity.com/Drivers/Intel/INF/INF(v10.1.1.13).zip
Install this other driver, and then restart the computer one more time http://asrock.pc.cdn.bitgravity.com/Drivers/Intel/Others/ME(v11.6.0.1126_MEI).zip
Last week we released newer version of the graphics driver and I would like you to give it a try. You can download it from this link https://downloadmirror.intel.com/27227/a08/win64_154521.4821.exe
Let me know if issue persists or not.

Re: Intel HD Graphics 530 lags in 4K on Zenbook Pro UX501VW
Hi.
Please fully test it and tell me how it behaves.
My laptop is right now in service. Coil noise/whine appeared and I couldn't bear the noise, so I've sent it to service. From what I know so far (a guy from service told me), they are changing my motherboard, so any potential defects related to graphics will also be solved. While my zenbook is servicing, please tell me how the lag is on your machine with Fall Creator's update. I'm very curious.
Thanks!
Re: Intel HD +500 series driver bug: chrome goes to black screen when restored/maximized from minimized state
Hello Everyone,
I would like to inform you that after plenty of debug and research, our development team has concluded that the issue is coming from the Chrome browser application itself.
We are currently collaborating with the Chromium group to help them find a solution from their side.
As usual, as soon as I have further details I'll post them here. Thank you all for your patience.
Kindest Regards,
Ronald M.

Re: G4600 performance of HD 630 w/o AVX/AVX2
Hello jun1us,
Thank you for joining the Graphics Community.
That will depend on the apps you will be using, actually for the most accurate answer our recommendation is to contact the app developer for more information. They should be able to let you know if there is an improvement or a decrease on the performance while using AVX/AVX2. Regarding the Netflix question, your Intel® Pentium® Processor G4600T (3M Cache, 3.00 GHz) Product Specifications supports 4K resolution, but you need to double check with their support for the hardware and software requirements.

Amy C.
Re: Intel HD Graphics driver keeps on reverting back to previous version
Hello djdelarosa25,
Thank you for joining the Graphics Community. I am sorry to hear you are having issues with this matter.
Have you contacted Microsoft regarding this matter? I would recommend doing it in order to ensure that the steps you followed work for your Windows version.

Re: HD 630 Resume From Standby Screen Flickering
we have 40 new dell 7050 optiplexes that were deployed with windows 10, they all recieved this latest driver from windows update. driver version 22.20.16.4771
After this driver hit these machines, any computers running monitors over VGA started going into power save mode randomly, and you cannot get it out of that mode without full shut off of the computer. switching to a Display port connected model monitor solves the issues also.
these are intel 630 model computers, running windows 10 pro 64 bit, and i have 60 more to deploy, this needs to get fixed ASAP. as i dont have enough monitors to replace my older monitors. with 250 employees, this will get very expensive to solve on our own.
Re: intel hd graphics control panel
hello guys.
i found a solution for this issue..
you must update your windows to Fall Creator Updates and install latest intel driver!
- 2 of latest and recently update of intel driver isnt compatible with older windows build and update!
if this problem appeared again you must download and insatall fresh windows 10 with latest update released in october (fall creator update) and install driver...
Re: Intel HD Graphics 530 lags in 4K on Zenbook Pro UX501VW
I can sense your happiness
Yes everything is perfect, my laptop had an incredible lagging problem that forced me to kill explorer.exe at least once per hour...
Now everything is gone, if i maximize window i can still see some refresh below 60fps, but that's barely noticeable.
So let's hope for the best!

Re: HD 630 Resume From Standby Screen Flickering
Hello techdude,
Can you please let me know what is the BIOS version currently installed on the Dell 7050 Optiplex? Just in case, as per Dell's site the latest version is 1.6.5 (October 3rd 2017)
Support for OptiPlex 7050 | Drivers & downloads | Dell US
Try updating the BIOS and let me know if it makes any difference.

Re: Windows 10 Creators Update* & Intel® HD Graphics Drivers
I just updated to Fall Creators Update Windows 10 and am getting slow downs every 30 secs or so when playing a video file (.mkv) from Media Player Classic or VLC on my HDMI connection to my Samsung TV. I'm using Intel 630 on i7-6600k. The problem doesn't happen when I switch my TV to my nvidia geforce 1070. I'm using 22.20.16.4815 driver version.
Re: Nvidia and Intel video card on a laptop, WDDM2.2 support for intel output
for desktop computers they don't seem to last as long as they used to, so nobody with any system older than kabylake will be able to use Windows Mixed reality then, amazing?!?, using the Cell Phone style support model, as a long time intel buyer I am disappointed in this.
Re: Intel 620 and Windows 10 Fall Creators Update
Amy,
The driver refused to install, I got an error message saying that the driver was not authorized for my computer.

Re: Intel 620 and Windows 10 Fall Creators Update
Amy,
I just saw the other thread where other people mentioned success with the driver you recommended I try. Is there a way to 'force install' that I should try?

Intel HD +500 series : Chrome goes to black screen or flashing a milisecond when Restored/Maximized from Minimized state
New google chromes v60,61,62 has BIG problem with (Intel HD +500) series.
Note: New reasearches in crbug.com shown that this problem related to Chrome itself and WebGl API programing in Chrome...
When i minimizing the chrome window and after a second, i want to use it again and open its window, everything (UI aero) is going to black until i open another windows in taskbar of windows at side of chrome window!! then everything will back to their currect state.(or black flash for a milisecond when opend from taskbar)
I posted this bug to chrome support and discused with many users who have this problem in a recently month and for fixing this problem they was forced to disable (Hardware accelration in chrome setting).this solution fix this problem but made another problem in graphic contented web pages and laggy exprience web browsing (API related programing like OpenGL and WebGl)!!
***This is another solution from a user in chrome topics and forums (rather than disabling HW accelration):
I found a solution for this problem!!!
please change default graphic processor (Intel) to Nvidia or AMD dedicated graphic processor in right click content menu or nvidia, amd control panel and you will see this problem disapear!!
NOTE: disabling hardware accelerator is not good solution for this scenario!! because made another problem and laggy exprience in web browsing and watching videos or google map (any contents in the web that needs high graphic proccesing and API related programing like OpenGL and WebGL)!!!
other freinds that pointed a note where chrome 60 and newer version, has problem with intel HD +500 series. i think this is true!! we must report this issue to intel hd 500 series support!
Note: new reasearches in crbug.com shown that this problem related to Chrome itself and WebGl API programing in Chrome...
for more information please see this topics in crbug.com from other users that related to this problem:
773199 - GPU Process crashes when minimize / maximize the window of Chrome - chromium - Monorail
776546 - Minimizing a window in one user profile makes the other profile's windows flash black - chromium - Monorai…

Re: Intel HD +500 series driver bug: Chrome goes to black screen when Restored/Maximized from Minimized state
Re: Intel HD 530 with frequent Video_TDR_Failure
intel gfx driver I'm running is: 21.20.16.4542. This at least allows me to browse and email. It was the default on the ASROCK Deskimini's website.
I'm not entirely sure which version I tested before, but about 10 days ago I used the auto-update utility to whatever was "newest" at the time, and got very frequent BSODs and VIDEO_TDR_Failures.
Windows Build: 1703 OS Build 15063.674
Of note, earlier in the year (February to summer), I would get screen flickers (to black) on some occasions, but then the screen would come back and things would continue as normal. Now, typically, when my screen flickers - its a black screen of death. Occasionally it will then go to the blue screen with the Video TDR Failure, sometimes it just hangs (i can hear sometimes hear or video if it was running prior). Other times i need to power down and restart.
Please advise.
