@meori: Can you tell me the exact/full model name of your system?  Including -numbers.

@SaaS: Try downloading the .zip version of the driver, and using the have disk method outlined in this document;

@marquee:  You normally do not need to uninstall the older driver unless there is an issue during installing the new one.

 

@alexych: Can you tell me the exact/full model name of your system?  Including -numbers.

 

@Michael Hasworth:  The issue you are experiencing with FireFox* is supposed to be resolved by Mozilla* if it has not already.  Make sure your browser is fully updated.  Are you also experiencing the driver crash message, or just the FireFox* issue?
