I would suggest you to check if you can restore your computer to the last working state by choosing “System Restore” once you’re in Windows.
- If the issue persisted, it will be necessary to uninstall the Intel® HD Graphics.Graphics — Uninstalling the Intel® Graphics Driver and Intel Display/HDMI Audio Driver
- Restart your system.
- Manually install Intel® HD Graphics driver.Desktop graphics drivers — How to Manually Install a Driver in Microsoft Windows 8* or Windows 8.1*
Since I do not have the model number of the HD graphics your system has, please go to downloadcenter.intel.com and download it.
