I bought the NUC 2820 two days back. I updated the bios to thge latest one. It is updated successfully.

Then  I installed Windows 7 54 bit. It is installed but it started showing occasional flickering on the screen.

Then it becomes more and more , and ultimately dead. No output in the screen.

I am using a HDMI to VGA converted to connect my monitor.

I went to the dealer today, and he replaced with a brand new box.

This time I updated the bios to latest one again.

And now I see no output on the monitor at all.

When it has older bios it at least gave me access to bios, but now nothing is coming.

What do I do to solve this issue? It is very irritating as I have wasted so much of my time twice.

I  don't think that it is a 64 bit or 32 bit issue, as right now I am stuck at OS independent BIOS.

I look forward to hear from somebody at Intel soon.

I saw the box its manufacturing date is April 2014.

Please help!!
