Re: How to fix "display driver stopped responding and has recovered" on Intel HD Graphics

Yigit, In this it is important to do the following steps:

1. Update the bios and the management Engine drivers provided by the computer manufacture.

2. Uninstall the current graphics driver. Here you have the instructions:

3. Install the latest driver at the following link:

https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?agr=Y&DwnldID=22519

 

In case you are having problems during the installation process, you can try with the Manual Driver Installation:

brianx87, I recommend you doing the steps mentioned below but download the graphics driver provided by the computer manufacture.

 

In case you are still having problems, the best step is to contact the computer manufacture for them to provide additional steps or a possible replacement.
