Based on the reports you have provided, I recommend you updating the driver in your system. Please follow the next instructions.

2. Download and install the latest graphics driver available for your system. It can be downloaded at the following link:

If doing the steps above does not fix your problem, my best recommendation is to contact your computer manufacture so they can provide the drivers specifically designed for your unit.
