@Cloud12: Can you post an updated copy of your dxdiag?

 

@ryanjrqwe: The system you have is out of date in several ways.  Primarily it is because the CPU is quite a few years out of date.  We have moved on to newer, better, faster, more powerful technology since the Intel® Core™ 2 Duo processors.  Additionally, 4GB of RAM is a good amount for most things, but for gaming you are going to see significant performance improvements from something with 8GB+.  However, your system is also running a 32-bit OS, you would want to upgrade to a 64-bit OS to take advantage of additional memory.
