Re: Screen goes black during graphics driver install on Windows 8 Pro

I have tried using DVI,HDMI and VGA ports after installing the driver. It seems that when boot the computer up, only the VGA works and the screen is mostly pink. However, when I disable and then enable the graphics on the device manager, the DVI and HDMI ports work fine. The monitors I used were Philips 247E LHA and Philips 234EL. I didn't use and adapter or converter. And my driver version is 9.18.10.3165. I think there is a problem with the driver sequence when it detects for the ports connected. By disabling and enabling, it probably restarts this process and does it correctly. That's what I think is the problem. On a laptop with a core i5 w/ vpro technology, I tried using VGA to extend the display onto a monitor: Philips 234EL and the screen was pink. Anything white was pink and other colors were normal but with a pink shade on it.
